PLACE ORDER

First look over our current prices and options to decide what best fits your budget and needs. Next complete our custom wrap ordering form with all the crucial details required to initiate your order. We prefer that the measurement form is also filled out and sent in at the same time as the order form. If you’re not able to complete the measurement form at the same time we will need that sent in before we can print your wrap. For cars that are being dropped off and left for installs we will measure the car in house to get the most accurate measurements for wrap layout. We will also need any logos for your sponsors sent in before the design process can start. Acceptable files are .PDF .AI .EPS or High Resolution .JPEG. You could be charged an additional fee if we have to spend additional time redrawing logos.

Upon submission of the wrap order form, a $50 deposit is needed to get started on your custom design. This payment will be deducted on the final invoice.

APPROVE & MEASURE

While we get your artwork prepared and emailed over for your approval, go ahead and download the applicable measurement sheet for your car if you didn’t send it in with your order form . A link to the measurement sheets is listed above or by clicking here!

Once we send you the first proof, customers can email over any questions/additions/changes. We strive to keep notes and changes in writing for organization and accuracy throughout the design and printing process. We ideally like to communicate via email or text so we have a visual record. When you give final approval on your design we will set a time and date up for the car to be dropped off if you are having us professionally install the wrap in house.

Please note, wraps are not printed until we have written approval on your final proof, as well as all the measurements needed to ensure an accurate fit on your installation.

PRINT, SHIP & INSTALL

When we have written approval on your wrap or decals, as well as the necessary measurements the next step is to print and install. If your wrap is being shipped we need payment sent in full before the process of printing and shipping starts. We will email you your invoice at the time of your final approval and that can be paid online via card or bank account info. We also except Venmo, Paypal, along with the following crypto: XRP, Bitcoin, SHIB, DOGE, TRON. If you want to pay in crypto we will give you a 5% discount in doing so. If you are picking your wrap up at the shop and want to pay cash just let us know!

If you need your wrap/decals on a certain date, please let us know in a timely manner. A 15% rush fee may be applied to tight deadlines, some tight deadlines may not be possible. Make sure to let us know of any specific due dates as soon as possible.

Prices DO NOT include shipping and tax. Tenacity Graphics charges a $150 installation fee. All wrap installs are done on location at Tenacity Graphics, we do not travel to install wraps.

WRAPS ARE NOT PRINTED UNTIL WE HAVE WRITTEN APPROVAL ON FINAL PROOFS. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SHIPPING, NO EXCEPTIONS.
